Enphase has a monitoring portal called "My Enlighten" which allows the homeowner to see their solar production and verify that their equipment is working correctly. To access your, "My Enlighten" portal click on this link https://enlighten.enphaseenergy.com/ and log in using the credentials you used when your system was initially installed. If you can't remember your password just hit "forgot password" and use your email address to change it to a new one.
After logging in make sure your using the "new view" to look at your monitoring.
The Monitoring Dashboard
Your monitoring dashboard or "Status" page should look like this
On this page you can see how you are producing today, yesterday, and last year to compare. You can also see the status of your Envoy (the device your system uses to communicate with the monitoring portal) along with the last time data was uploaded to the site.
If the last communication was recent and the Envoy's status is "Normal" then your monitoring portal is up to date and is getting data transmitted correctly from the Solar. The number of microinverters should match the number of panels you have.
The "Energy" Page
On the top of your monitoring page you will see the word "Energy." If you click on this button you be taken to a view where you are given the ability to see your Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, Lifetime production.
Here is an example of a single days production. Note the "bell curve" shape of this graph. Solar that has no shading through out the day should look like this on a clear sunny day. If there are clouds or weather, then the bell curve would be less consistent.
Here is an example seeing yearly production. In this view you can see how much production you made for each month. You can choose the year you would like to view also. In this example we hovered the mouse over April 2021 and was given data for the production of that month. As you can see this homeowner produced 1.3 MWh in the month of April.
The "Array" Page
If you look at the top of your monitoring page and click on the "Array" button you will be taken to a page that displays your solar panel layout along with production for each module. Here you can see daily, monthly, yearly and the lifetime production of the system.
In this example you will see how the production looks for each panel on June 28th 2021
Keep in mind when looking at the "Array" page it is normal to see a panel producing less if you have shading from any object throughout the day. Examples of shading could be from a nearby tree or a vent on the roof. In this example you will see the panel at the bottom of the array showing less production. On the roof there is a vent that sits to the side of the panel which gives shade in the morning. Remember our engineers have calculated shading and seeing this is normal. In this case, the shading appears significant, but when actual production is measured that panel that is only shaded for a couple hours in the morning, and reduces the system output by less that .5% .
Alerts, Troubleshooting, and Calling Technical Support
Envoy and Communications
On the "Status" page if you see an alert on the "bell icon" coupled with the Envoy showing "Envoy not reporting" alert as seen below then you maybe experiencing a communications issue where the envoy is not sending data to the portal.
If that is the case click on the bell icon. If it displays a message stating that the Envoy has not communicated to the portal recently click on the "Click here for help" link to attempt to troubleshoot the possible internet connection issue your experiencing with your monitoring portal.
If the troubleshooting is unsuccessful then please call our Semper Solaris Technical Support team to help you fix this issue. To reach Technical Support visit our Help Center https://help.sempersolaris.com/ to browse our self help articles. You can chat or call an agent through the Help Center.
Micro Inverters Not Reporting
If on the "Status" page you get a "system error" and an alert on the bell icon
Click on the alert. If you get a message stating that "Micro Inverters are not reporting"
Then please call our Semper Solaris Technical Support team to help you fix this issue. To reach Technical Support you visit our Help Center https://help.sempersolaris.com/ to browse our self help articles. Also you can chat or call Technical Support through the Help Center.
